1. What MarketPanda is

MarketPanda is an educational, market-context, planning and behavioural analytics platform for retail traders. It provides lessons, economic-event information, market commentary, planning tools, journaling and process analytics.

The platform is intended to help users understand markets and review their own decision-making. It is general in nature and is not tailored to the financial situation, objectives or needs of any individual.

2. What MarketPanda is not

MarketPanda is not a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, wallet provider or payment institution. It does not execute, route, place, modify or cancel orders, and it never holds client funds or assets.

MarketPanda is not an investment adviser and does not provide personalized investment advice, portfolio management or recommendations to buy or sell any instrument. It is not a signal service, a copy-trading platform or a managed account service.

3. No guarantee of outcome

Nothing on this platform is a promise, projection or guarantee of profit, income, win rate or performance. No feature, score, scenario or explanation should be read as an assurance that any particular market outcome will occur.

Past market reactions to similar conditions do not reliably indicate future reactions. Scenario analysis in the product describes possibilities, not predictions.

4. Trading risk

Trading foreign exchange, indices, commodities, crypto-assets and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose more than your initial deposit with some products and account types.

Leverage magnifies both gains and losses. Volatility, gapping, slippage, liquidity gaps, execution delays and market closures can cause losses that exceed expectations, including losses on positions protected by stop orders.

Crypto-assets are highly volatile, may be unregulated in your jurisdiction and may lose value rapidly or entirely.

Only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely, and seek independent advice from a licensed professional if you are unsure.

5. Market data and demo data

During the current build phase, market values, events, prices and analytics displayed in the product are drawn from a static sample set and are labelled as demo data. They are illustrative only and must never be treated as live market information.

Where live data is introduced, it will carry a source label and a freshness timestamp. Data may still be delayed, incomplete, revised or inaccurate. Always verify prices and economic figures with your broker and primary sources before acting.

6. AI-generated explanations

Parts of the platform, including Ask Panda, generate explanations using AI. These outputs can be incomplete or incorrect, and they separate facts, interpretation, scenarios and uncertainty so that reasoning can be assessed rather than accepted.

AI output is not advice. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for any trading decision.

7. Panda Guard and Panda Score

Panda Guard evaluates the internal consistency, sizing and context of a plan that you supply. A status of Valid Plan means the plan is coherent against your stated rules — not that the trade will be profitable, and not a recommendation to place it.

The Panda Score measures process, not results. It is a self-review aid based on the data you record, and its accuracy depends entirely on the completeness and honesty of your journal.

8. Your responsibility

All trading decisions, order placement, risk-taking and outcomes are solely yours. You are responsible for complying with the laws, tax rules and regulations of your jurisdiction and with your broker's terms.

MarketPanda accepts no liability for trading losses, missed opportunities, data errors, service interruptions or decisions made in reliance on the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Availability

The platform may be unavailable, delayed or incomplete at times, including during scheduled maintenance and development phases. Do not depend on it for time-critical decisions.

MarketPanda may not be available in all jurisdictions, and content is not directed at any person in a jurisdiction where its use would be contrary to law.
