Privacy
Waitlist privacy, in plain language
MarketPanda AI is in private build. Right now the only personal data this website collects is what you submit to the founding waitlist.
What we collect
When you join the founding waitlist we store your email address, the time of your submission and the page you submitted from. If you choose to answer the optional follow-up questions, we also store your stated trading experience, your main instrument, your timezone and your free-text answer about avoidable mistakes. Nothing else is requested, and no broker or trading account is connected.
Why we collect it
The email address is used to contact you about founding-beta access and occasional build updates. The optional answers are used only to decide what to build first and to prepare a sensible default configuration for your account when the beta opens.
How it is stored
Waitlist entries are stored in a managed Postgres database operated by our hosting and backend provider. Access is restricted to server-side application code and the project owner; the data is not readable by site visitors and is not published anywhere. Email addresses are stored in lowercase and deduplicated, so joining twice does not create a second record.
Processors
We use our hosting and managed-backend provider to run this website and store the waitlist database. If we later add an email delivery provider to send beta invitations, this page will be updated to name that category of processor before any message is sent.
Cookies and analytics
The waitlist form does not set advertising cookies and we do not run cross-site advertising trackers on this site.
Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete your waitlist record at any time, and we will remove the email address and any optional answers attached to it. No reason is required.
Privacy requests and contact
For deletion requests, questions about this page, or anything else related to your data, use the details on the contact page.
